There is a bit of an ambiguity in that wave. One blip says "Do not
change this wavelet". Those of us whom actively develop wave
technologies know that a "wavelet" can be an ambiguous concept: we
have seen some waves that have just one wavelet in them as containers
for lots of blips. Other waves have multiple wavelets, but it has
never been easy to recognize the boundaries. Recent improvements that
I have rolled in within the last week or so may have changed that, but
looking at this wave, it's not clear to me which "wavelet" is not up
for edit. It seems reasonable to just begin adding blips at the
bottom.
