Dear All,

I greatly enjoyed our planning session yesterday. Excited about the event.

I created a starting Google Wave for the event:
https://wave.google.com/wave/#restored:wave:googlewave.com!w%252B5ntOft8hA.17 - this is the main wave, I added our Google Group to this wave - you should be able to see it. Please do not do any updates for now - send me your comments.

As you can see each of the participants has its own wave. They should be able to update them as they feel appropriate.

I'd like to add the following [ at a minimum ]:
- event registration form - need an embed code;
- embed code for the video;
- embed code for any related Google Forms/documents;
- embed code for the Second Life event;
- description of the sessions/table settings, etc..
- anything else??

Let me know!

Best regards,

Jack Park

There is a bit of an ambiguity in that wave. One blip says "Do not
change this wavelet". Those of us whom actively develop wave
technologies know that a "wavelet" can be an ambiguous concept: we
have seen some waves that have just one wavelet in them as containers
for lots of blips. Other waves have multiple wavelets, but it has
never been easy to recognize the boundaries. Recent improvements that
I have rolled in within the last week or so may have changed that, but
looking at this wave, it's not clear to me which "wavelet" is not up
for edit. It seems reasonable to just begin adding blips at the
bottom.

Thanks for the feedback. I usually insert a blip at some point of time in the wave with the text: "You can make changes below" - usually I try to stay away from introductions of too many new terms when i get people on wave - once we review the overall content, I will add the blip with the note ..
