Dear All,

The emerging PLT book has been accepted for future publication. Following a wish from the publisher, the manuscript will from now on appear in a place accessible to the course google group but not to a wider audience.

So please follow the link attached to this mail to get the latest version. There is one with Chapter 7 now, as well as rudimentary parts of 8 and 9.

I will of course be grateful for your comments on the book when preparing it for printing!
