Steven Slate Audio Vsx-download

My friend tried to use his steven slate vsx headphone plugin on my computer. He could not finish the activation, as he was missing some info. He has since returned the headphones to the vendor. Now I cant get the software off of my computer. I have uninstalled both the plugin software and the ilok software. I have completely removed everything with REVO uninstaller, but still get this message:
