Hello , There is no setting to select subtitles for series and movies, I tried clicking on the colors on the remote, but nothing worked, I poked around in settings and found nothing. I sent several emails to the company, but no response was received. I remember that there was an option in the previous version, who has the same problem and what can be done?
The problem is not with the iptv service because I tried it on a Samsung TV and there is an option to change subtitles. I downloaded another iptv application for lg tv and there is an option to change subtitles. The problem is with the application itself (iptv Smarters) which supports lg store, iptv Smarters company should make a new update and bring back the icon that lets you choose a language.
I had the same issue and actually when you are on the top right arrow (to restart), if you press right and the OK it opens the tracks and subtitles menu. The menu seems to be there but hidden on the right outside the screen.
Having the same problem managed to find the "hidden" subtitles settings, but seems like only the font size button is selectable there. Cannot seem to get to the actual subtitles settings to be selected. Also using a samsung tv.
Guys the problem still persists. I wrote to Email:[email protected] I can't change subtitle or audio track settings either. I wish app could have external player option maybe we could fix it that way but they are not think about smart tv users.
yes max player is just a player same as iptv smarters, however max player is one of the few nice looking apps on smart tvs i could find which also has a working functionality to choose and display subtitles.
So, yes you can install channels to your Synology, and output an .m3u that can be imported into smarters pro. Then you'll have to get an epg working, and you won't have any control of DVR functions through it. Only through the channels app on a different device. And whatever you do set to record isn't going to show in the program either, it will just be video files on your nas you have to manually access.
i have a M3U Plus Playlist URL and also something called an EPG URL. I added the M3U URL to the Custom Channel and refreshed and it now says there are 500 channels, but I don't know what to do next.
Thank you. I really appreciate all the help. It is a Samsung SmartTV so not running on Android. It seems like maybe this just isn't going to work without adding some new device to my TV like a Google Chromecast, FIrestick, or something else? I was really hoping to make the IPTV to Channels DVR work but it's a bit over my head technically.
Thank you. Can you tell me why some are showing up with the logos and others are not? Everything showing up are things I am not interested in. I see that it is also limited to 500 channels. Is there a way to select others not listed to make up the 500? Ideally I'd like to choose what makes up that list being populated.
Correct. Only the first 500 entries from a playlist are imported; additional entries are ignored. If you wish to change this, you need to manually modify your playlist before directing Channels to scan it.
ii feel like i am starting to get somewhere here, but why are some showing as available and most are not? I really want to be able to choose from my full list of channels what the Channels app displays as available. How is it choosing some of these over others?
As mentioned above, Channels pulls in the first 500 Channels and then stops. This was done for performance reasons. There is no way to pick and choose, your only option would be to modify the m3u so that the channels you want are one of the first 500.
Please find help for your pirated IPTV streams somewhere else. Don't ruin a good thing for the vast majority of us who use Channels for legitimate purposes. Either figure it out yourself, or switch to a platform like Kodi where there is ample information readily available on the internet on how to access your pirated content. @racameron @tmm1 @maddox

Question for y'-all just got IPTV on my phone, watched Rangers euro match on Gers tv was fine. Noticed tonight hibs tv is only audio i thought IPTV was a way around the being out Uk route to watching games? Fancied watching newcastle rip them apart. Anyone else use iptv smarters or other IPTV? Both Hearts and Hibs put out statements last week saying if you used a VPN it wouldn't work because of some new DMR thingy they were going to use. Time will tell, but I couldn't watch the Stenny game on my Hearts TV International account but it was fine with IPTV.
My brother has iptv but as hes in the uk needs to log in to my Nord vpn account and, since the new drm gizmo, connects through lisbon. He's not ripping of as he also has an international account and uses that, with the vpn, to watch on his ipad.
Find one that has a strong Facebook presence, that's how their customer service normally works. I'm with streamkings just now but was thinking of switching to Wicked TV simply because they have an easy link up with iVue EPG on kodi, while streamkings' EPG info messes with my kodi - it has LOADS of tv shows and films included in the m3u, each episode counts as a channel, so my wee raspberry pi has to download 32,000 channels of info every time it updates the listings.
Also looking for a new provider as my current sub run out next month and the current provider has had more issues in the last 6 weeks than the previous 12 months and looks like its going down the pan.
My provider put a post on today saying that they are working on a changover but it could be up to 48 hours. Seems quite confident it will be back up ans running soon. Bloody hope so as I've just renewed for another year.
