We upgraded to 3.1 and our PubMedDisambiguation_GetPubs job is failing . The Logs show:

Executing the query "[Profile.Import].[PRNSWebservice.CheckForErrors]" failed with the following error: "Failed to create an IDataAdapter object. This provider may not be fully supported with the Execute SQL Task. Error message '25 Errors recorded in [Profile.Import].[PRNSWebservice.Log] for BatchID 2E60269C-14ED-46EC-B980-A284AEB9F02C'.". Possible failure reasons: Problems with the query, "ResultSet" property not set correctly, parameters not set correctly, or connection not established correctly.

I checked the [PRNSWebservice.Log] but there is not info(shows null) in the ResultCount, ErrorText, for any of the 25 entries.

Is there any more information I can on my logs? I am aware that there are multiple levels of logging with 3.1, but I don't see any more information.

I have seen this a few times. I believe the issue is caused by a SSIS version incompatibility between the computer that compiled the SSIS package and the version on your server.

You can typically fix this by using SQL Server Data Tools (ssdt) to open the SSIS package and deploy it to your server.

Unfortunately when this happens, it is very difficult to get any useful errors from the SSIS package.
