I have seen this a few times. I believe the issue is caused by a SSIS version incompatibility between the computer that compiled the SSIS package and the version on your server.
You can typically fix this by using SQL Server Data Tools (ssdt) to open the SSIS package and deploy it to your server.
Unfortunately when this happens, it is very difficult to get any useful errors from the SSIS package.
