Hi Brian,

Performance would be a topic we might be able do discuss. We've been seeing CPU spikes on our database server and have been working through adding indexes and running statistic updates to try to get better performance. We've also been prototyping trying to use Azure Front Door in front of our instance to take the load off the servers. We'd be interested to know what everyone is running for CPU and Memory as we had to increase our server capacity recently to avoid site outages.
