Creating an NCBI collection from Profiles data

Hello,

Some of our researchers have requested a way to export their Selected Publications from their Profile into an NCBI collection., since Profiles handles disambiguation of names in a better way than the native PubMed interface. Has anyone found a slick way to do this? 

I am running into issues attempting to format the plain text citations from Profiles into the Medline format.
