We did it! Thanks to you, the Professors at Play PlayBook is now live on the etc Press site:
With contributions from across the global Professors at Play community, this is a unique and timely window into the world of play in higher education.
The book is available for sale in both print and epub formats. Or, you can download the PDF for free!

For those new to the project, the PlayBook is an anthology of almost 100 play techniques from over 65 professors across a variety of disciplines. The collection of techniques is organized around four key themes: the playful professor, connection-former or icebreaker activities, play to teach content, and playful whole course design.
Super special thanks to everyone that contributed to the book and for your patience over the extended publishing schedule.
Our hopes for the PlayBook include:
· Inspiring playful action in your classroom, today!
· Helping make the case for the power of play in higher education
· Raising the research profile of playful pedagogy
· Bringing joy and delight to teachers and students everywhere!
This project has been a long time coming, and we are absolutely pleased and delighted to finally share the final product.
