Sub: Forthcoming Programs of CCGRT in February-March month (with 12 PCH)

 

ICSI-Centre for Corporate Governance, Research & Training (CCGRT) is organising Three Programs of 4 PCH each, aggregating 12 PCH.

 

The venue of the program is ICSI-CCGRT, Plot No. 101, Sector 15, Institutional Area, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400 614.

 

The details of the programs are:-

 

1. Program on Companies Act, 2013 and the Draft Rules thereunder on Friday, February 21, 2014 (4 PCH)

 

Fees for Members attending the program is Rs. 1250/-

 

Proposed Coverage:-

 

• Appointment and Qualification of Directors
• Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel and Secretarial Audit
• Meetings, Board’s Report, Annual Returns, Inter-corporate Loans and Investments and Compromises & Arrangements
• Accounts of Companies, Audit and Auditors under the Companies Act, 2013

2. Two Days Program on Compliances of Listing Agreement And SEBI Updates on Corporate Governance, Prevention of Insider Trading, KYC Regulations etc on Friday, February 28 & Saturday, March 01, 2014 (8 PCH)

 

Fees for Members attending the program is Rs. 2600/-

 

Experienced faculty will address the participants    

 

Members attending the program will be entitled to 12 PCH hours as per guidelines of the Institute.
