Hello!

I'm trying to start an initiative to create a standardized context for web services data. The idea is to create a context so any 2 sites that support the standard can easily communicate and identify data transferred using web services. This standard is not about system-specific data context, which seems to be a common assumption. It is intended to allow 1 site to receive "image" and be able to translate the received data (validated) into something system specific.

If anyone is interested in joining the conversation, I have a project set up at: http://code.google.com/p/ocontext/

I will gladly add anyone that wants to join.

David

P.S.
Sorry this isn't PHP specific, but I am hoping to catch a few of the great minds on this list. You know who you are :P

Not sure how much time I'd have to contribute to this, but it sounds interesting enough. If you can handle a part time collaborator (and by part time I mean some time ;) ) I'd be interested in this.

Thanks for your interest Robert. I'm still trying to drum up support from open source projects. I've added you to the project. If you know of anyone else that may be interested share it with them please :)
