If it's on all four servers and you're using WAMP on all of them, that
tells me you should contact WAMP help and figure out what the issue
is. They're going to know a lot better what's going on.
If I met four kids, all of whom talked overly loud, I wouldn't assume
it's me who has a hearing problem.
If you're looking to convert and stream AVI files, you should look
into using ffmpeg and a flash player. Then, as you get the movies
uploaded, you can convert them with ffmpeg and play them back through
the player. I think, it's all theoretical.
If you have to run on a windows box, look into using MediaCoder.
