Thank you all who attended the first meeting of the Professional
Filmmakers of Oklahoma. We had an attendance of over 40 people we are
off to a really good start. We were very pleased with everyone who
participated and brought up some very relevant issues. Our next
meeting will be Thursday Aug 13th at 6PM, at a location that has not
yet been decided. If no announcement has been made, we will meet at
the same place, OKCCoCo at NW 7th and Hudson. For those that saw a
problem with projecting at the facility, the owner said they have the
ability to shade the windows and have had very good quality
projections in the past, particularly in the evening when the Sun is
to the West behind the building. The minutes will be posted here under
the files section. Remember to send your ideas for Mission Statements
by August 5th to the following e-mail address - professional-
filmmakers-...@googlegroups.com with mission statement in the
subject line. A special thanks for those of you that volunteered for
our current working committees: Interim Officers: President Sean-
Patrick Eaton, Vice-President Geoffrey Boyd, Secretary/Treasurer

Hooshyar and Benjamin King; Public Relations Committee: Jeff Downing;

Hollek; Mission Statement Committee: Jack Patchel. Thanks again to all
who came and we look forward to getting together with you all soon.
