Create an App, including user registration - using Producteev backend

Hi,

Can I create an entire application, including user registration - using Producteev API on the backend?

My first hurdles for doing the same are No way to create a new user through the API. That means, the user has to be aware that they are using Producteev.

Is there a way to avoid this?
