Craig Stull, Phil Myers and David Meerman Scott have published a book
called "Tuned In". Craig and Phil are from Pragmatic Marketing who
provide a consulting and training on product managment (for technical
companies primarily). I think a few sessions could be offered around
the "Tuned In" concept. Visit their blog to get some ideas. One topic
