Referring to the hardware resources used tell me please do you recommend me a video player which comes with the most common codecs included, or is it possible to use a fast way in Linux to download/install the video and audio codec that I need for the video which I am trying to watch?
Very simple. Open your Firefox Browser,then click Tools on the upper left side,then click on Add-ons then click extensions then enable your add-ons. Reopen your Firefox browser and real player down loader should work.
1) type about:config in the address bar 2) Then in the filter box type dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npswf32. (remember, no need the ".dll.")3) Double-click on the value and it will change from "true" to "False".....4) restart fire fox. And the real player down loader will appear again!!!!
The effect of the about:config change seems to be to turn off the plugin-container.exe subprocess which was new circa 3.6.whatever at which point the realplayer video download plugin no longer worked properly.
Hey AnonymousUser Guy/Gal. Thank You! It has been broken for some time now. To all you novices out there remember to set /turn on /adjust these features in the preferences of real player. Tools Menu-Preferences-Download & Recording --- the settings are there.

I bought a course from site which I rather not name (can do it in dms I guess), because its basically a youtuber's name. What I'm going to say here tho is that it's somehow related to teachable, because that's what was used for authentication, before being redirected to his site where the course is. I want to download the whole course to share it with a friend and yesterday I found out that the video comes from wistia. One google search later I had a chrome extension for downloading wistia video that worked perfectly. However, today the player is changed and the extenstion doesn't seem to work anymore. Also when inspecting the page/video, the source is some hotmart player, for which I can't find a way to download from. Here is a link to the first video.
