Hello,
I would like to run Prodigal directly from the supercomputer that assembled my metagenome. Is it possible to run Prodigal through Putty?
Thanks,
Jeremy

Hi,
I'm afraid I don't really understand the question. Prodigal is a single self-contained binary, so it can be run anywhere that can run binaries. If you are asking if we provide shell access to running Prodigal here at Oak Ridge, the answer is no. I may set something up on Amazon at some point, but it would be a project on my own time if I did that. so can't give any estimated timeframe for when that would happen.
