How do you install on Mac?

Hello,

I'm trying to install Prodigal to run Checkm.

How do you install it on Mac? I downloaded the MacOSX file but there's no instructions on how to install it.

The macosx file is a binary.  You can rename it to "prodigal" with mv, chmod if it isn't already an executable.

It doesn't need any installation.  Alternatively, you can use homebrew to install prodigal on macs.
