Dear Doug,
I'm wondering if there is anyway that Prodigal will recognize genetic code 29 (Mesodinium Nuclear).
Your Wiki indicates that any genetic code recognized by NCBI will be accepted by Prodigal but it seems Prodigal only recognizes up to 25.
