email not being delivered

I am kind of new at this so please be kind ;). I am runing postfix,
procmail, Dovecot, SpamBayes. the problem is that once I turn on
procmail and spamBayes I no longer receive any email. I am not sure
why or how to fix this any help would be appreciated. I think their
is an error that blocks all emails from coming in. All i wan is for
email to be delived to my in box.

I have included the logs and also the conf file below.
