you can easily export(export selected) splines via dxf from rhino to cinema,
, but i have done that hundrets of times. (maybe you have adjust the standard settings, check them. its calles save as polylines or something)
Exactly right. So! You can get exact copies of Rhino splines in Cinema by doing the following: first, make points visible in Rhino. Then, draw a polyline, snapping to the points of your nurbs curve (must be degree 3!). Then export the polyline as polyline dxf (Acad 12), open it in Cinema, and change the interpolation to B-Spline.

I really don't want to reinstall Matrix 8 because I rarely use it, I was using TS in matrix 9. I know Clayoo is the replacement and sure Clayoo is ok. I'm just really used to T-Splines and have a lot of existing files made in T-splines that I use and adjust with. If anybody knows anyway to just download the T-Splines plugins for Rhino I would greatly appreciate it.

Hoping you can help me. I'm fairly new to Fusion (previously heavy Rhino 5 with Tsplines user) and trying to create tsplines models in Fusion which can then be imported into Rhino for continued functionality. I've gone through your recommended steps which work great for me however when I finally import my .tsm file into Rhino, its just a primitive, single-surface sphere, not the actual t-splines geometry I created in Fusion.
With the objects (splines) that you want to use in Photoshop or Illustrator, go to File>Export Selected, or Right-Click on the Save Icon on the Main Toolbar. You will then see a window appear prompting you to choose your save destination. Under the Save as Type dialog option, select 'Adobe Illustrator (*.ai)' as your option.
If you desire direct import to Photoshop, you can export as a .pdf in the same fashion as above, or just take a screen shot. As far as I know, exporting splines from Rhino into Photoshop as Shapes isn't possible.
Another workflow you might try is exporting as DWG and using Max's File Link Manager to import the lines/curves. As long as your modifiers are simplistic and are not dependent on subobject selections in the shapes/curves, you can make updates in rhino, export to the same dwg and your team can Reload the dwg from the Manage Links dialog. We do this with Revit/FBX.
There is a Plugin for C4D called rhinoIO. With that you can OPEN Rhino files and they stay sync. So If you change something in rhino/gh and you save it, C4D is updating the geometry. I did that recently and it works like a charm, with textures and everything. May from there to 3ds works better?

Rhino users are familiar with vertex grips, or control points. These grips can be moved to shape a curve or a surface, and T-spline surfaces have control points just as NURBS do. In addition, T-splines can be shaped by edge and face grips. In reality, moving an edge grip simply moves two vertex grips at once, and moving a face grip just moves all the grips around the face at once. But it can be faster to manipulate edges and faces instead of groups of control points.
When importing .3dm files in BricsCAD all the 2d geometry imports as splines. In AutoCAD circle imports as circle, arc as arc, ellipse as ellipse, rectangle and polygon as polylines and freeform curves as splines. The same with 3d solids - in BricsCAD all the edges are recognized as splines, but AutoCAD properly determines that a hole is a circle, not a spline, that a cylinder base is a circle and can be properly dimensioned!
