Hi Processing Educators,
I am excited to announce that CC Fest is back on May 5, Saturday, at NYU MAGNET in downtown Brooklyn. CC Fest, Creative Coding Festival, is a free and inclusive half-day celebration of creative coding. We welcome middle and high school students and K12 teachers to come and learn how to use creative coding in their classroom. It would be great to have you and your students there. You can learn more about the event and sign up at http://ccfest.rocks. I have attached a flyer that you can pass out to students and teachers. The event is a collaboration between a group of teachers with support from Processing Foundation.

There will sessions on:
intro to creative computing
physical computing
sound
visuals
data/science
ethicalCS
experimental

We are also looking for volunteers to lead sessions. Please let us know your session idea here - https://goo.gl/forms/E548N4zUtDGcmh4k2

Finally, I am excited to share that Ari Meleciano and Jenn Schiffer will be doing keynotes at the event.

Thanks,
Saber et al.
