Its not even available on Windows 7, only Win 10. We are talking about the right click 'fix through netfabb option' the File>Repair Stl option is available still though. It was mentioned on Github, although I cant remember if it was on the release notes for a much older version or if it was mentioned in one of the raised issues. It was awhile a go.

LOL. I had never used File->Repair STL file. I had clicked on it once, but having it work effectively outside the Slicer desktop, then save to an OBJ file made it less useful. I just tested it against a model with 4 errors. When I loaded the repaired OBJ, it showed as having 5 errors.... that's a problem.

I bought netfabb Private about 11 yrs ago. It has always worked. I paid full price for it. Last week I had to update my computer. When I went to install netfabb, it refused to connect to servers to register. Leaving me with software I bought, now being dead. Through some research I discovered that Autodesk bought netfabb some time ago. So that's how I got here.

Does anyone know what I have to do to get my old netfabb working again? I'm old, disabled and can't afford the $1,600 a year price to get Fusion 360. I do basics, just something to keep me busy in my retirement years. I don't need some professional tech that I wouldn't use. I just want my old netfabb back.

Sir, if that's it, I'd be happy to just get my old netfabb up. But I'm not going to argue. Thank You. Doing the install next. I'm grateful for your reply. I was almost in panic mode thinking I was fubar.
