I know should be easy to find having panda installed in one's computer, but my question isn't about general configuration, but more specifically about where are the files that hold the "virus" exclusion list.
Panda Security is a Spanish cybersecurity software company. Panda Security's core offering is an antivirus software and more recently has expanded into providing and developing cybersecurity software. This includes security products and services for both businesses and home users, as well as protection tools for systems, networks, emails, and other private information. Panda Security employs around 458 people[citation needed].

FYI for anyone that is experiencing this issue...
I have had very slow performance compiling code using the TI Code Composer Studio v4 (4.2.4.00033) on two PCs running Panda Internet Security 11 or 12. 7 seconds for full compile (Project->Rebuild Active Project) with AntiVirus OFF and 4 minutes with AntiVirus ON. Root of the problem was Panda wanting to scan the gmake, compiler, assembler, linker programs (and related files) every time they were called during the compile. File and Directory exclusions in Panda did not help.
After many, many weeks working with panda, they have a hotfix (hfp171104s16_r2) which resolves the problem.
Also posted this solution on the Eclipse forum as the TI Code Composer Studio is Eclipse based and the problem with Panda's product will likely cause similar slow performance with any Eclipse based product.

This redundancy is not the program's only usability issue. Unfortunately, the icons appear to have been arranged haphazardly, and, especially in the feature-filled premium version, this makes the interface look extremely cluttered.
