I am trying to login to my store and is not able to. I keeping getting an error code saying to contact support and the operation couldn't be completed. It shows "Merchant login ErrorDomain 5" on the IOS app and in computer it says website unavailable and "Locked - store is unavailable" on the chrome tab heading.
I can understand this is important to you, so let's see if we can resolve this together and get you access to your store again. The first step here is to ensure the issue is not a local device or browser problem preventing you from accessing your store. To rule this out, can you please try each one of the following steps:
If the problem still persists, then it would be best at that point to reach out to our live support team. Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. You need to select the topics that apply to you, and then choose live support once the option appears to you, you will then be connected to a live support agent who will have access to your account, and can help you out from there. I trust this helps!
- If the problem persists after trying the above steps, it's best to reach out to Shopify's customer support for further assistance. They have access to tools and resources to help diagnose and resolve issues specific to your store. You can contact Shopify support through their website or by logging into your Shopify admin and clicking on the "Help" or "Support" options.
I have tried adding it back in myself by adding the Template section back and copying as pasting the same code back in from my previous theme, however, I get an error message in red stating "Section type 'main login' does not refer to an existing section file".
So, I was able to check the section main-login.liquid file and it was missing along with several other .liquid files. I was able to copy and paste all of them from my previous Dawn Theme. After doing so, I was able to add and re-paste the "customers/login.json" file.
HI @SM45
Regarding to the translate issue,
Cause of the problem is in language file is missed,
In this case you can find in the main-login.liquid then replace the code translate with the content you want.
another way you can add the translate content in file en.default.shema.json, if you dont know how to edit code, this way seem harder than for you.
Luckily I found that there was a prompt for my Theme. It showed that there was a problem and to save a copy to my Library and it will update any customizations I did to the code. I tried that and re-published my theme. Thankfully, it appears that it fixed itself. However, I did have to go back and redo somethings on my site because certain things changed.
