Mimbo Pro update 1.4

We've got a minor update for Mimbo Pro, it fixes a couple of issues
with the admin panel, as well as making the thing a little nicer to
look at. There is also an updated version of timthumb which adds some
extra caching and a couple of bug fixes (including better support for
windows servers).
