federal intimadation of fortymile mining district

recently a force of fully armed tactical enforcement officials, from the EPA, BLM, and DEC. accompanied by various others, calling themselves, the Alaska environmental crimes task force, invaded the 40 mile mining district, supposedly looking for noncompliance with the state and federal clean water act.

 

they visited several placer mining operations and family mining claims decending suddenly and in force. this was a bullying tactic and intimidation, by federal agencies, without probable cause and few if any violations.

there were no clear reasons for this action I never thought this kind of thing could happen here, not in my Alaska.

 

 

but its clear that this is federal over reach by those who would take away our rights and freedom.

George massey was so right. so long ago. if we don't stand up for ourselves thay will take our freedoms away.  please take a moment to contact your elected officials,  governor, congressman, senators, legislaters,

and urge them to take a stand, against federal over reach, over regulation, intimidation, ETC.

there is a war against mining and prospecting, across our country.

and yes even here.  we must speak out. now.  it can happen here.
