Election of officers.

Ok, as you now, every institution or group should have a directive in
order to work properly. So for this friday think about who may be in
the following positions:

President (duties; to call meetings, decide agenda, vote to break a
tie and present recommendations to the faculty advisor)

President-Elect (duties; to fill in for the president when the
president is not available, attend faculty meetings and other
administrative duties)

Treasurer (duties; monitor PRO AG finance)

Secretary (duties; perform various administrative duties related to PRO
AG)

Faculty-Student Representative (duties; to represent PROAG interests in
the faculty)

You can post names in this discussion or take them with you this friday
meeting.
