three node slave not running on one node.

Hi ,

I have configured a three node cluster. using pacemaker and PRM. With the following master slave configuration: 

ms ms_mysql p_mysql \

        meta master-max=1 master-node-max=1 clone-max=3 clone-node-max=1 notify=true globally-unique=false target-role=Master is-managed=true maintenance=false

Pacemaker promotes one node to master and marks the other two nodes as slaves. But one of the slave nodes is not configured as replication slave. 

Not sure what is causing this. It works fine for a while when I initially configure mysql cluster and enable pacemaker. but eventually one slave is stopped and removed. Logging doesnt help. 

I see that mysql_notify has been called and unset_master is called.
