Promotion after a MySQL crash

Hi, 

   following the discussion with Garrick in Toronto, I am trying to implement the feature that would keep the master on the same node after a crash.  Unfortunately, it seems that the failcount meta attribute is only start, it has no impacts on demote.  So, when I kill -9 mysqld, with the agent in the branch https://github.com/y-trudeau/resource-agents-prm/tree/fix_mysql_crash , mysqld restart, keeps its high master_score but, pacemaker promotes another node even though the old master still have the highest score.  I'll continue to experiment.  The MHA like feature should solve this type of problem but it would be best to also have the master restarting on the same host.
