Dear Mr. Akshat,

 

We dont feel happy with the kind of plan offerings being made by Airtel. We are being told that the higher plan offers are intentionally being made to the residents of Spaze Privy as there are instructions from the top to offer these high prices plans because of the fact that we are on Radius Infra.. This is absolutely nonsense and unfair on your part.

 

Why are you not offering the economical plans that are being offered to the other societies which is 4 MBPS of broadband speed and 1000 calls free at a reasonable price ? For many people like me 4 MBPS is good enough. Similarly why not the triple play plan which includes broad band, IPTV and fixed land line ? You people don,t additionally charge Rs. 1000/- for installation in big societies then why are you charging us here ? Please dont give us a standard reply that this is what is available on the website. If you can give attractive offers to other societies then you can certainly find a ways out to give us a good offer.

 

Please can you let us know who has negotiated these rates and offerings with your organization for our society ?

 

Request you guys to go back to your table and come up with a sensible offerings for the residents.

Can you schedule a call with the residents of Spaze Privy with someone in your organization who has decision taking capabilites for tomorrow (Saturday) so that we can discuss our concerns.

Reference to our meeting, please find below points as were discussed:

 

·         Airtel’s FTTH (Fiber to The Home) Proposal: As a part of proposal below mentioned Voice, Video and Data services can be availed by the residents:

 

a)      High Speed Broadband up to 100 Mbps.

b)      ipTV ( Internet Protocol television).

c)       Land Line.

d)      IBS (In Building Solution) to improve upon mobile network strength within the society and surroundings.

 

·         We have our Fiber connectivity nearby complex, so in no time we will be able to connect/serve residents with our services.

 

·         We will not charge any amount for laying FTTH Network/Infrastructure from Spaze/Residents.

 

·         Spaze Group, the leading real estate developer with its diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, retail etc. has built in a high end luxurious apartment in Sector 72, Gurgaon. Airtel would like to deploy its own FTTH Network to serve the end residents. Further, Airtel would want RWA/Spaze to give Airtel first preference for deploying FTTH network.

 

·         In any case we would not be able to provide our services to the end residents without laying our network inside the premises.

 

·         All restoration/execution work will be carried out with proper workmanship inside the premises.

I agree with Gautam. It has to be individual choice as to what kind of package suits him. How can Airtel force residents to accept services at higher costs.
