Friends, there has been no update on the course of action re. our stance on the increase in super area, the undertaking to be signed for permissive possession and other related issue. Should it mean that individuals are tackling their problems on one to one basis and there is no joint action?

I understand most people are paying up now. Could any one post an update. Thanks,

has anyone had any discussion with spaze about completion of common areas in addition to the individual flats? i suspect they will not finish up the common areas once people pay up.
