I live in regency park 1, Dlf phase 4.
Maintenance is Rs 2.93 / sq ft.
It is medium society with 300 flats.
Here we have only one meter for backup and main power.
Rwa supply full power backup and reconcile backup charges every quarter.
They calculate all expenses in past quarter and check total units consumed by society, calculate the rate of per unit and charge the same rate for next quarter.
If any change in expense in current quarter then it will be calculated @ the end of quarter and charge arrear of current quarter in next quarter.
In summer, when power cuts are more then more backup rate in that quarter.
It is difficult for me to use that form and provide input for power rates in this scenario.

Please update the sheet with your responses. This takes just 5 minutes of yours but will make a lot of impact if we go with facts to Spaze and Preserv. So far we have been talking a lot and discussing the maintenance charges which has not yielded any result.
It is quited discouraging to see residents using this forum to get updates. Please come forward and contribute in whatever way you can.
The intent is to capture data about some of the residential complexes such as uniworld gardens, Vipul, Bestech, Parasvanth and any other society that you know of.
I have added the club maintenance charges as well to the form. Please update the same.
