Maintenance Charges for different Residential complexes

Dear All,
We are trying to capture data on maintenance charges and the electricity charges for different residential complexes in Gurgaon. We have received electricity charges for DG (generator) and EB (electricity board) and they are on a higher side.

Please fill in the data in the below provided link that is appropriate for Gurgaon apartments and we will put our views forward to Spaze and Preserv after we have the relevant data.

Please update the sheet with your responses. This takes just 5 minutes of yours but will make a lot of impact if we go with facts to Spaze and Preserv. So far we have been talking a lot and discussing the maintenance charges which has not yielded any result.
It is quited discouraging to see residents using this forum to get updates. Please come forward and contribute in whatever way you can.
The intent is to capture data about some of the residential complexes such as uniworld gardens, Vipul, Bestech, Parasvanth and any other society that you know of.
I have added the club maintenance charges as well to the form. Please update the same.

Hi Gautam

I live in regency park 1, Dlf phase 4.

Maintenance is Rs 2.93 / sq ft.
It is medium society with 300 flats.

Here we have only one meter for backup and main power.

Rwa supply full power backup and reconcile backup charges every quarter.

They calculate all expenses in past quarter and check total units consumed by society, calculate the rate of per unit  and charge the same rate for next quarter.

If any change in expense in current quarter then it will be calculated @ the end of quarter and charge arrear of current quarter in next quarter.

In summer, when power cuts are more then more backup rate in that quarter.

It is difficult for me to use that form and provide input for power rates in this scenario.

Please find the agenda of the meeting that we plan to have on 5th July (Saturday) is as given below.
 
Status on Action items from meeting that happened on 21st June
 
1.       What is the update on the other ISP’s to provide TV and Internet services ?
2.       What is the update on electrical meters to be installed in all the apartments ?
3.       Basement cleaning and parking assignments.
4.       Is the work on lawn Tennis court on track? Expected completing is 1 month from 21st June 2014
 
Agenda for 5th July
 
1.       What is the logic for arriving at the electricity rates of 7.57 for EB and 18.95 for GB. Will show the data for the other apartments for comparisions.
2.        When do we get electricity bills for the month of April, May and June ?
3.        We were told that the generator electricity would be Rs. 15/KWH and this has not been respected.
4.       What is the update on Parking allotment in basement? When will it be completed ?
5.       UPS for lifts – What is the installation date ?
6.       Ground water contamination from the waste water coming out of washing machines operating in balconies. What is Preserv's response to check this ?
7.       Debris in Parks and general cleanliness
8.       Seepage on external walls
