Friends,

I have received yet another letter from Spaze intimating that We are required to pay Vat on taxable turn over in respect of property transactions as per latest decision of the honour able court. So we are in for some more liability. This was just for information , perhaps similar letters might have been received by others too or are on way.

as per this news article supreme court has ruled that

Builders can't pass on VAT to flat buyers

So i guess this is yet another trick by spaze to defraud unware buyers and pass on their liabilities.

can we get a legal opinion on this?
