Dear Mr.Rohit,

I wrote to you day before yesterday requesting you to please add me to the mailing list of SPA. I am not able to receive or post any mail to/from the group and am also not aware if there is a meeting this coming Saturday. Kindly add my name too to the mailing list. Meanwhile I contacted Mr. Vivek Sharma of Spaze and he said that the minutes of last meeting had generally been agreed to by Spaze and that as proposed we can pay Rs 1 lakh now and balance on completion of the pending work/ deficiencies in the apartment. He however mentioned that we will have to give them a PDC of the balance amount which will be encashed after one month. In case they finish the work earlier than a month, the PDC will be retd and fresh cheque will be given by us. Meanwhile kindly let me know if we are meeting coming Saturday , time n venue of the meeting.
