Greeting for the day.
As the meeting held at our Privy Facility office which was chaired by our company CEO Gp. Capt. I B Singh and attended by our esteemed clients.
Our CEO has taken sincere initiative for providing the amenities and facilities to the residents of Privy -72 complex .
Find the updates on the discussed issues as
below.
1. Security agency has been changed and proper checking is being carried out at entry gates and in the whole complex.
2. One Guard is present at each
tower at entry gate for effective surveillance and control on visiting peoples.
3. Defogging is being done on weekly bases for having better control on mosquitoes and insects.
4. Debris and malba removal is in progress around the building areas.
5. Fixing of Speed breakers and convex mirrors inside the complex roads and turnings is in progress.
6. Guest parking area has been verified and will be marked soon.
7. Emergency contact numbers have been put in the lifts.
8. Vehicles stickers’ arrangement is in progress and will be distributed in next two week.
9. Security pole lights at main roads have been repaired and work is in progress at back side wall (drain side). Two additional lights have also been put in the same area.
10. Security cabins have been put at each entry/exit gates for better control on movements.
11. Plumbing / electrical services are being maintained on 24hrs basis.
12. Seating arrangements for guard at lift lobbies are in progress.
13. Servicing/ maintenance of lifts in progress and at least one lift will be, always in working condition.
14. Fresh water supply is being maintained on 24hrs basis.
15. Benches have been fixed at park/play areas.
16. Swing & Slide is being procured for Children Park.
