Need to know experience from members living in society now

Dear All,
 
I am having flat in D tower and getting it ready for use.
I wanted to know expereinece of members who are living in society now as what is level of their comfort and what are the challenges they have in day to day life.
Yesterday I visited and got to know with Mr. Hari Sharma (Maintenance incharge) that currently only DG is running and we are not having govt. electric supply.
this means that whoever is staying, they need to pay per unit charges of INR 17-18 which will be very high if we see monthly usage, so how members are getting adjusted to this.
 
Also pl. let me know if anyone of you have let out your property as i am planning to let it out because recently i have shifted in noida.

Dear all
recently supertech has launched new project on sohna road.  He is selling @ 6500 per sq feet appx.  How can spaze rate is only 6600 .
Please be careful before any deal

I think, the current rates in Spaze are at least Rs 7000/- psf. However since
 The builder increased the super area by 10% , the total cost has gone up. This could be one reason that there may not be many buyers at Rs 7000 psf, at the same time, there are not many properties ready to occupy at this rate. So, it is personal choice whether to invest in a new project at lower rate and wait for 5 yrs or buy a ready to move flat at higher rate.
