Minutes of meeting- 21st June

Dear All,

 

 The minutes of the meeting that happened on 21st June are as given below. The response from Preserv has been captured in line with the points given below.

 

1. The security check at the gate is causing trouble to the residents. The guards should not open the dickey of the residents.

        

        [Preserv] Agreed that this would be discontinued.

 

2. The residents do not have a clarity on the DG rates that would be charged.

 

     [Preserv] The DG rates have been provided to the residents.

 

3. What is the formula for arriving at the DG and EB consumption given the fact that the meters in some apartments do not show the separate readings.

 

     [Preserv] The ratio or the proportion of the consumption would be taken into account by reading the meter reading of towers in which the meters have been provided that shows separate readings.

 

4. When would the new meters be in place which can record the DG and EB consumption

 

        [Preserv] Updated  to the residents that this would be completed in next one week for all towers.

 

5. Updates on Lawn Tennis courts, kids play area

 

     [Preserv]Lawn Tennis courts would be ready in one month time frame. There have been issues with the vendor supplying the equipments for play area and a new vendor has been finalised. This will take some time and hopefully in the next 1.5 months this should be ready.

 

6. Currently Airtel as an ISP exists. Discussed if we can have other ISP's and Tata Sky as a vendors.

 

     [Preserv] Preserv will look into it and will come back with an update in the next 15 days.
