Spaze Privy - Sector 72 Changes in the plan

Dear Vivek,

 

We hear that the shops at the entrance of Spaze Privy project , Sector 72, Gurgaon are not being constructed and instead a new building would come up at that place. Please can you confirm if this is indeed true and what is this new structure all about.

 

 In future, we the owners of the appartment in Spaze Privy Sector 72, Gurgaon project request you to take the approval from owners before your company make chages to the layout or come up with another building which was never in the original plan when the units were sold to us.

 

Please consider this as our formal request and an objection to any changes that are being done to the layout plan without taking our consent. We will soon hand over a written copy with signature of the owners of the appartment.

 

Please I hope you would understand that there are already many issues, deviations from the specifications promised to us along with substandard quality of material used which we trying to come to cope up with. Please donot initiate any further changes in the layout plan which aggravates the situation further.
