Fw: RTI Letter format

Dear All,

 

There are two attachemnts in this email.

 

1. the first one is the RTI that needs to be filed by everyone. This should be done as we would not like anyone to be singled out. Please take a print out of it and fill out the details. We will let you know whom to send and what is the process for it.

 

2. There is a objection letter that has our formal objection to any changes to the layout. Spaze is smart as it publishes the advertisement in the newspaper asking for objections to which we have no access to. Please read the petition letter and recommend suitable changes. Best would be if you can change it and the send it back with version number.

Everyone needs to sign it and we will give one copy of it to Vivek Sharma and the other copy we will keep it with us.

On coming Saturday we will go ahead with the signature process.

 

@ Rohit, if you are in the recipient list then can you please confirm if you have already filed the RTI.

As discussed, here is the letter that was drafted by Abir and to be filed by Rohit previously.

 

The details of licene/file number etc mentioned in this letter are for real. This letter seeks pretty much most of the info we would need to corner Spaze on various issues.

 

We just need to add a query seeking info regarding construction of new tower.
