Has anyone been informed by Spaze privy about change of their reserved unit
bcoz of non-approvals, like what you have reserved for and thereafter started
paying them now at the time of possession they are saying that unit would be
available in different tower..??
e.g. if you have made booking in F tower for a unit now Spaze Privy team says bcoz of non approval for that floor in F tower, other tower shall be available.

Yes this has been case with A, B and H tower. They didn't had permission to build one floor and hence they offered some additional floor built in E tower.
But this happened almost year back.

i hve a flat in ctower 63, originally at time of booking i was promised in c tower but after making payments i was alloted in g wing mr ashwin khemka told me make agreement since u applying for loan when ever oppurtunities arises i wuld change the same all the terms and condition wuld remain the same since prv wuuld be the same i kow ur marketing guy has cheated u . i was alloted c block in 2010 and fresh agreement was made prv no remained the same now vivek sharma whos basically a crook tells me u r entiled for the 7% discount but penalty clause for delayed payment is not applicable because the fresh agreement is from 2010. i asked him if he has some moral ethics why does not he spk to ashwin khemka but he denied now can anything be done on this

I am in similar situation wrt delay penalty. I purchased my apartment in resale in April 2013. I did not raise this issue with Spaze as I took it for granted that delay penalty will automatically be paid to me because all rights and liabilities regarding the flat allotted to me have been passed on to me as per the agreement with the seller ( original allotee). The original booking was made by the seller in the year 2009. All his rights and liabilities stand transferred to the new owner. I don't know how the builder is denying the delay penalty. This needs to be sorted out with Spaze. We purchased in resale by paying heavy amount in the hope that the flat will be delivered soon.thus we are at a loss both ways, ie the delivery has been delayed and the delay penalty is also being denied. I think we should jointly raise this issue because there will be many owners who bought in resale at later date.

in my case i have been victim of the fraud, i.e. for 6 years since 2008, I have honestly paid them for a unit which they told me couple of weeks back that does not exists.. which question the credibility of project and the people who are driving, crossing my fingers people who are associated with the project..

offering other unit is like broken glass, i had a dream since last 6 years bcoz of which maggi was my meal so as to pay them the construction link, in between also i followed with them for the unit assigned to me finally at the time of registration, few weeks back they said unit have not been build.. dreams broken even when you are honest and hard workingonly +ve point the project people have is that i am physical challenge so cannot run behind them !Best Regards,
