To compute the amount of tax to withhold from compensation paid to employees for services performed in Arizona, all new employees subject to Arizona income tax withholding must complete Arizona Form A-4, Arizona Withholding Percentage Election within five days of employment. If the new employee fails to complete Arizona Form A-4 within 5 days of hire, the employer must withhold Arizona income tax at the rate of 2.0% until the employee elects a different withholding rate.
Out-of-State Employee Working In Arizona
If the employee working in Arizona is not an Arizona resident, withholding of Arizona state income tax is required once the employee has been working in Arizona for 60 days. If both the employer and nonresident employee agree, withholding can start at the beginning of employment instead of waiting 60 days.
On November 2 and 3 the days of the event, general volunteers will help with traffic control, serve lunch, help with registration, or wherever else you may be needed. Help will also be requested this day to take down and clean up the site after the event.
Southwest Gas promotes a culture of giving, employee engagement, and integrity on a daily basis. We are always looking for ways to be involved in the community, whether volunteering at charity events, helping rebuild homes for those less fortunate or providing meals during the holidays.
The historic heat began blasting the region in June, stretching from Texas across New Mexico and Arizona and into California's desert. Phoenix and its suburbs sweltered more and longer than most, with several records including the 31 consecutive days of 110 degrees Fahrenheit-plus (43.4 degrees Celsius) weather. The previous record was 18 straight days, set in 1974.
"The record streak of 31 straight days of 110+ degree temperatures has ended.," the weather service said on social media. "The high temperature at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport reached 108 degrees this afternoon, which is only 2 degrees above normal."
The reprieve was expected to be brief, with the forecast calling for highs again above 110 for several days later in the week. And National Weather Service meteorologist Matthew Hirsch said August could be even hotter than July.
The Southwest heat wave was just one kind of extreme weather events that hit the U.S. in July. Fatal flash floods swept people and cars away in Pennsylvania, and days of flooding led to dangerous mudslides in the Northeast.
We think 2 days in the Grand Canyon is the perfect amount of time to explore the rim, take the scenic drive out to the East Entrance of the park and Desert View, and do one of the difficult but spectacular hikes that take you below the rim.
With 10 days, we think you should add on Tucson and Saguaro National Park on the front end of your road trip, and Page, Arizona on the tail end after the Grand Canyon.
For this itinerary, head south to Tucson first, then spend two days in Phoenix before heading up to Sedona, on to the Grand Canyon, then to Page for a night before heading to Zion National Park, which is technically in Utah, but close enough, right?
When you buy a vehicle, Arizona law requires that you apply for a title within 15 days of purchase and take the application to an MVD Office or Authorized Third Party provider to complete the process. Electronic title transfer is available.

When are in-person early voting locations available?In-person early voting locations are available beginning 27 days before the election through the Friday before Election Day. Hours of operation may vary by location. Locations typically include the County Recorder's Office, as well as designated locations across the voter's county.

Do I need ID to vote early in person?Yes. ID is required if you vote early in person, or at a polling place or voting center on Election Day.
How can I vote early in-person if my election is all Ballot by Mail? The County Recorder and/or Officer in Charge of Elections may determine that an election will be "All Ballot by Mail". This means that the county will automatically mail a ballot to every eligible voter, regardless if they requested it. The county will set up ballot replacement centers throughout the county where voters can receive a replacement ballot if they never received theirs, or spoiled their ballot and need a new one.
For those voters that prefer to vote in person, they may also visit a ballot replacement center to receive their ballot in person and vote it onsite. On Election Day, there will not be traditional polling places, only ballot replacement centers.

Because the second of my 4 days in Scottsdale started so early and was so very, very long, Day 3 began with brunch in the room. Walking to my door, in my robe was about all I could muster before sunrise.
The federal regulations are clear that an evaluation must be completed within 60 days of the date the school received informed written consent from the parent or within the timeframe established by the State. The 60-day evaluation period shall commence upon the [school's] receipt of the parent's informed written consent" [Id. at (E)(4)] "and shall conclude with the date of the Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) determination of eligibility."
