Expired notes and email notifications

I created a privnote with an email notification. What happens when
that note expires and is deleted?

Do I
a) get a notification that it was deleted without being read?
b) get a notification that makes it look like it was just read?
c) get nothing?

I'm guessing b) but I won't know for sure for at least 30 days. :-(

DEJ, sorry for the delay in the response. Right now we're doing c,
nothing. As the notifications are only sent when the note is
(actually) read.
