[GSoC - CIS] Updates

Updates for last two weeks:

I started with a walk through of the codebase and getting acquainted.

Followed up with:

1. In detail study for the project and then few changes were made in the implementation plan as proposed in the GSoC proposal. 

2. Got familiar with Selenium-Webdriver and Rake Tasks

3. privly-applications now being tested on fully functional browsers and not headless browsers. (after discussion with irdan)

• for this I changed the current structure of privly applications files (https://github.com/dreamrulez07/privly-applications/tree/jasmineWebdriver)
• wrote rake task in privly-web to test run the Help/new.html in browser (https://github.com/dreamrulez07/privly-web/tree/jasmineWebdriver)

This implementation shows the structure how the privly-applications are going to be tested.

Once discussed upon this method of implementation, i'll generalize it for all the privly-applications

Updates for this week:

1. After discussion I generalized the proposed structure for privly-applications changing the .subtemplate and .template files.

2. Got familiar with Extension testing with Selenium-Webdriver.

3. The current implementation of privly-cis is passing for Help/new.html but failing for others. (requires more discussion)

Will be pushing the integrate Extension Testing with Selenium-Webdriver code post discussion.
