Hi Saurabh,

Great to hear you're interested in contributing.  It sounds like you have a good background to get started with development.  I would start working your way through the documentation found at [0].  If you have any questions feel free to ask here, email me directly, or drop in the IRC channel.

Thank You, Daniel
I went through basic levels given in the documentation and have done installations required for privly, now I want to know how to get started fixing small bugs

Hi Saurabh,

Is there a particular area of Privly you want to work on? Privly
applications, content servers, Selenium testing, unit testing, threat
modeling, documentation, organizing, etc? It is also useful to know
what languages/technologies you want to focus on.

A good first step is to lint a file and open a pull request. Simple
changes teach you how to collaborate with us over Github and will
ultimately save time. Another option could be improving the footer
within Privly Applications, since it is not visually appealing.

Best,
Sean

Sir
I want to focus on any of the languages in python, java, js, c++ or php or on any combination of them. I am quite comfortable with these languages as I have done quite a few projects in these languages.
I want to work on Privly Applications or in the network cryptography (security) side, if possible.
Please help me out.
Regards,
Saurabh Garg

Saurabh,

Let's get through pull requests for each of the "levels" [0], then you
will either find something you want to improve, or we can discuss
options.
