Hey everyone,

Instead of doing a formal IRC meeting this week, we will do status updates over the mailing list.

Respond to this post to tell the group what you've done in the past week and what you plan to do this week. Also let us know if anything is blocking you from making progress.

Side note: If anyone has suggestions about how to increase participation in IRC, please let us know!

Here's my status update:

Last week: Had meetings with Sean/Jesse about Project Management, and Rob/Jesse about Privly.org/Priv.ly.

This Week: We decided what to do, now I just need to do it!

Blockers: There are no blockers, other than the fact that there are only 24 hours in a day.

Here's my status update:
Last week: Had meetings with Sean/Jen about Project Management, and Rob/Jen about Privly.org vs. Priv.ly.

This week: created a brief test matrix (environment vs. web site) and posted it to google docs.  I also posted to the test list inviting people to
start testing and start a converstion there.

Blockers: Need to move folks from lurking to helping - on testing, coding, marketing, planning, something.  So if you are reading this, want to help and haven't volunteered yet, this is your chance :)

Do you have a link to Sean's "URL Format Strawman Proposal"?  I couldn't find it (though I didn't look super hard either).

Thanks,

Jesse

Hello All,

Here is my update...

What I did:

* Mailed all domestic Kickstarter shirts/stickers
* Finalized trademark application
* Investigated banking for Privly
* Met with various people (a security researcher, Jesse/Jen, etc)
* Planned how to implement the ZeroBin functionality (more on this later)
* Published the blog article on the development roadmap:
http://www.privly.org/content/development-roadmap
* Updated the Issue Tags to include the version names:
http://www.privly.org/content/issue-tags
* Etc.

What I will do this week:

* Send international tshirts and stickers
* Implement ciphertext storage on the content server
* Refactor the ZeroBin Source to work with any storage provider
* Send Sanchit refactored code with design for integration
* Remove authenticated endpoint from Privly server in preparation for
testing (beginning August 1st)
* Create an organization in github for Privly and move the source off
of my personal account

I'll get out the URL format Strawman Proposal later this afternoon in
a new thread for discussion. Sorry I haven't generated it yet...

-Sean
