Hello All,

We have been gardening on our garden for about five months now and have been trying to contact the owner. Today we finally heard from him and his managing agent asked us to get our stuff off his property. We mentioned the possibility of a tax incentive and/or insurance and he seemed interested.

If any of you have insurance policies for your gardens we would be interested in hearing about what type of insurance it is, what company you use and how much it costs.

Also, if you have any information regarding the pending State legislation giving property owners tax incentives for allowing community gardeners to sue their property I would be interested in hearing about it.
