RPi Offline Notification

I saw in another post that your working on a way to notify when my pi loses connection with PrivateEyePi website. Has this been accomplished yet. This is one of the make or break things about this project. Don't get me wrong. I love the project and get wait to get everything installed into the pi. But that function is the cream on top.
