I have two pi's (a Pi3 and a Pi ZeroW) running very similar software to measure temperatures.  Both connected via the same WIFI

They have both been running satisfactorily for months (with only the occasional hiccup which has been resolved with a remote reboot with VNC) but the Pi3 dropped offline at 18:19 GMT on 18th April and I have not been able to restore connectivity to the dashboard via a software reboot via VNC of a hardware reboot via the power switch. I have full connectivity via VNC to the PI so it is basically working.

I have made no deliberate changes to any software on either machine for weeks, so am just trying to eliminate other possibilities before I consider more serious issues like SD card corruption.  (any others suggestions would be welcomed)

Thanks.

By “restore connectivity to the dashboard” do you mean you can’t login to PrivateEyePi dashboard? If so please email your login email to help.pri...@gmail.com

If the Pi can’t see the server then it might be blocked (due to high usage). We can check that for you if you email us the ipadress.

If the above doesn’t help please send us more specific details of the problem (like an error or a print screen).

Thanks

No I can login to the dashboard with my phone, but the status is shown as "Offline" Last online 7:19pm , Sunday 18th April 2021.  At the bottom of the page it says Today's usage 0% (0/1500) .  Just looking for how to determine IP address so that I can mail that to you.
