That token is only valid on the HA server, and have tested it on my side using a WIFI sensor and confirmed is does work. If you want to use the PrivateEyePi server then use the token from your account on that server. I think it is likely a network related issue.

The last 6 digits were not ***** and is now out in the public domain so make sure you issue yourself a new token.

I am having issues "uploading to server" on my ha.privateeyepi.com account.
Should i be connected to server: ha.privateeyepi.com or www.privateeyepi.com?
I have tried both. I am using the token on the user page on my account. **** the last 6 characters of my token
I do not have the option of pep email and password only token( as shown in instructions)

I issued myself a new token, thanks for letting my know on my end it showed **** at the end.
How can i test(troubleshoot) external network connectivity on the WIFI iot PrivateEyePi 2015 Version 1.9.6?
I can ping it and access its webpage through my access point(not it's access point).
Is there any ssh or root access to the device?

There isn't but you can monitor the serial port to view the console output. That may give you some clues. Did it work beforehand?

Something else to try would be a different network access point, like a hot spot from your phone.

Yes. Or jumper wires from the WIFi device to your Raspberry Pi serial port. Then use a serialport monitor like miniterm.py on the Pi.

There is not. The device cant negotiate a proxy firewall if you have one installed.
