Please see attached for the error I receive when I run alarm.py.

I also included the results for alarmtest.py in the screenshot.

I'm new to this stuff, but I'm pretty certain I have the two reed switches hooked up correctly and set up on the website (also in screenshot). 

Please advise.

Please check if your password has special characters in it. If so go onto the website and change the password using the User menu option.
